- All FlashRouters purchases include Support plans in case you need any help with your FlashRouter setup.
- All plans include remote support sessions with our highly qualified US Based router support team.
- To make an appointment for a remote session simply open a support ticket or e-mail email@example.com
- If you are looking for support on a router that is not purchased from FlashRouters, you can still benefit from our open source router support offerings by purchasing a standalone Support Plan.
- If your original support plan has expired or you have already completed a remote support session, you can extend the duration of your plan or add on single remote support sessions
