Fantastic router from a fantastic company. The rt-ac5300 is one of the coolest pieces of technology I have ever seen. It runs like a dream. I am very grateful to FlashRouters for selling this awesome router.
I want to stress not only your excellent tech support but your Flashed Routers. They come with excellent instructions but also the Quality an Performace aspect too. It comes back to the Ole saying you get for what you PAY FOR. Your flashed Routers come with the least amounts of head aches an your Team Veiwer software on the tech side can't be beat hands down. If ever I need a Flashed Router or to replace any of my Routers you guys will get my bussiness before any of off the shelf store ones. This router is amazing. Such a beast! I love this thing. Just look at it. The antennae are great- really impressive range. Streaming in 4K too with this thing... so cool. Flash routers rules!
I moved to Argentina late last year, and to my dismay, I found it rather untenable that nearly every service I use to watch my programming was blocked on the basis of my location.
Completely unfamiliar with this concept of "geo-blocking", I trailed through an uncountable number of pages of search results, desperately looking for some deus ex machina that would appear from the less traveled parts of the Internet and allow me to access my precious episodes of "House of Cards."
And as I was about to give up, FlashRouters appeared and offered a working solution, like the hand of Zeus I so weakly desired.
Now I am using a high powered router with a trust worthy VPN service, with the chains of geo-location blocking smashed forever. Freedom at last! Thank you FlashRouters!

I had a great experience and rate this chat highly.
The person on the other end of the chat, known to me simply as 'FlashRouters Sales', was very much trying to help me accomplish and get done what I was trying to get done. I felt like we were working together as a team, not on opposing teams. One of several 'for examples', that I could sight, is that I did notice right off that I did not have to explain things over and over in different ways to make my point. I did not have to repeat myself, or remind 'FlashRouters Sales' what my goals were, or what I had already said. Unbelievably I have had to do that many times (over the years) with salespeople, face to face, on the phone or even more so, on chat. However, chat is a much more difficult means of communication. 'FlashRouters Sales' is very easy to communicate with via chat. This tells me, 'the customer' that 'FlashRouters Sales'; knows the industry and their business (flashrouters.com).
I could go on and on, but I don't want to make it appear that I am over doing it on behalf of 'FlashRouters Sales' because they were able to save me a few extra dollars. That is not the main reason I am writing this up. I was most impressed that 'FlashRouters Sales' instinctively understood that my priority was to get my order in before 1pm so that your company could work on my router and get it out to me ASAP. I am grateful that 'FlashRouters Sales' was able to save me the money as well, and not get frustrated with me in regards to my pressing about that.
I believe that 'FlashRouters Sales' is an asset to your company and somebody you should be proud to have on your companies team.
