It’s a brave new world out there for cord-cutters.

Those of us who chose to lose the pricey cable bill in favor of relying on online streaming occasionally have to work a little harder to find that TV show or movie we want to watch. For example, we love Justified here, and it’s available on Amazon Instant Prime, but fat lot of good that does someone who only subscribes to Netflix Instant. There are services like Can I and that can help you find out if your movie or show of choice is available on a streaming service, but those only really apply to the country you’re in.

Ah, but here’s the interesting twist: Justified is available on Netflix UK. You might be thinking, what good does that do me as an American subscriber? Well, with the help of VPN service providers, you can make your Netflix country-hop to the UK, and voila! You’re enjoying Justified on Netflix UK from the comforts of your US home.

But you don’t want to spend all of your time switching your VPN to check Netflix in every country in the hopes of finding the show you want to watch. And with the help of Moreflicks, you don’t have to.

Moreflicks provides almost the same service as Can I and, and then some. With this new service, you can find out which movie or TV show is available and in which country.

So if you’re an American VPN subscriber on the hunt for a particular streaming option that isn’t available on Netflix US, then head on over to Moreflicks and type your title in. If it’s available on Netflix somewhere in the world, Moreflicks will find it for you.

Of course, we did say that Moreflicks provides almost the same service as Can I, and that’s because there are some gaps in Moreflicks coverage. While Moreflicks is set up to search Netflix, Vudu, iTunes, BBC iPlayer, Crackle, Fox, and Hulu, you may notice I didn’t mention Amazon Instant Prime or many other streaming services. Maybe those services will come under Moreflicks purview in the future, but for now, you’ll have to search Can I or a different, like-minded site for your Amazon Instant Prime needs.

Using VPNs and FlashRouters With Moreflicks

IPVanish and FlashRouters

Optimum Moreflicks usage is dependent on being an avid VPN user. And we’ve explained time and again the benefits of using a VPN, both for increased personal security, and for the sake of accessing geographically restricted material.

You can use our official Supported VPN Service Provider list to determine which one is right for you, but we’re happy to highlight a few that could make your Moreflicks experience that much more gratifying. For example, PrivateInternetAccess is probably the best VPN service for the user on a budget, but if speed is your number one concern, then we’d probably point you in the direction of the super-fast IPVanish.

And if you’re up on Moreflicks and you’ve got the right VPN service provider backing you up, then the only missing piece is a FlashRouter. All of our routers are pre-flashed with DD-WRT or Tomato firmware, replacement firmwares that increase the functionality of already powerful devices. What’s more, our routers come equipped with built-in VPN connectivity, so you don’t need to worry about installing that tricky VPN software and ending up with a bricked router. Our expert technicians have got you covered.

Some of our most popular routers include the superb Cisco Linksys E4200 DD-WRT FlashRouter, which had been our best-selling router for months on end until it was unseated by the monolithic Asus RT-N66U Dark Knight Tomato Router. Of course, both of these may devices may have to make way on our best-sellers list for the first Wireless-AC WiFi Tomato router on our line: the Asus RT-AC66U, which runs laps around its competition.
